In an exclusive interview with CNN Business Arabic, TLD CEO Omar El Tayebi announced a 1.5 billion EGP investment plan for 2026, with current project investments reaching ~15 billion EGP and sales targeted between 7–10 billion EGP — up to a 100% increase versus 2025. The plan centres on integrated lifestyle developments anchored by Westrict, which will add ~600 hotel keys to West Cairo through 123 hotel rooms and 250 serviced apartments.

TLD signed a landmark agreement with Marriott International to introduce a Tribute Portfolio Hotel & Residences within Westrict. The 60,000 sqm mixed-use development on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road will feature a 123-room hotel, 250 serviced residences, 110 office units, and retail for 100+ brands — operating under a unified framework. Delivered with L35 (design), Savills, and El Ghoneimi Architects, the project meets EDGE sustainability standards.

TLD Launches KUKŪN in Mostakbal City with EGP 3 Billion in Investments

TLD — The Land Developers announced the launch of KUKŪN, a 20-acre community in Mostakbal City with total investments of EGP 3 billion. The project dedicates 82% of its area to green space, keeps built-up area below 16%, and offers villas, townhouses, twin houses, and apartments from 185–270 sqm, anchored by a Clubhouse connected to an integrated commercial area.
