TLD — The Land Developers continues to expand its branch network and roll out new projects with total investments reaching EGP 14.5 billion — a footprint that spans the Red Sea, the Fifth Settlement, the New Administrative Capital, and Mostakbal City.
In a notable strategic move, TLD opened a new branch in Hurghada on the Red Sea to serve clients of il Bayou — a coastal development in Sahl Hasheesh spanning 125,000 sqm with investments exceeding EGP 2 billion. The project layers expansive green spaces and water features across five phases, designed to blend luxury with the tranquility of the Red Sea.
After the first three phases of il Bayou sold out in short order, TLD launched the new Amber phase, opening a fresh chapter of coastal living aligned with Egypt's tourism-development agenda.
In Cairo, TLD opened a new branch in the Fifth Settlement inside the Waterway 2 commercial district, complementing its main office. The space is built around interactive showcase experiences that reflect the company's philosophy and standard of service.
Omar El Tayebi, CEO of TLD, said reaching distinguished clients through new branch openings reflects genuine and effective attention to every part of their operations. He emphasised the company's commitment to the Red Sea as a pivotal player in regional urban development, and signalled an upcoming presence in West Cairo as part of a broader, multi-region expansion focused on sustainable urban communities.
TLD announced the launch of KUKŪN in Mostakbal City — a premier smart city in East Cairo — spanning 20 feddans with EGP 3 billion in investments. The project comprises 217 residential units (villas, townhouses, and twin houses), with built-up area capped at 16% of the total to preserve a low-density, peaceful living experience.
KUKŪN won 'Best Design in Egypt' in early 2025 for the architectural innovations behind its pioneering KŪN House units — four-storey homes with five master bedrooms and private rooftops opening onto distinctive natural views, designed to deliver an exceptional family experience.
In the New Administrative Capital, TLD continues to deliver its flagship Armonia development — 42 feddans housing 1,750 luxury residential units in independent buildings designed to guarantee privacy. Successful initial phases reinforce TLD's reputation for delivering on timeline and quality, with upcoming handovers expected to strengthen the company's standing in the capital.
